Using the Grace Harbor Church app
Who this is for
This app is for members and friends of Grace Harbor Church. Your account is tied to the mobile number the church office already holds for you, which is how the app knows who you are.
Your account
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your number, or with a password you set. You may also set a 4-digit PIN on a phone you use often — it works only on that device.
Please keep your password and PIN to yourself. If a number is shared by a family, each person signs in as themselves and sees only their own information; those choices are recorded for the church office.
Tell the church office if you think someone else has got into your account.
Your information
The app shows and updates the details the church already keeps about you — your contact details, family, Prayer Group and membership. Changes you make may be reviewed by the office before they take effect.
Your details are used to run the life of the church: keeping in touch, membership records, and the ministries you take part in. They are not sold, and not shared outside the church except where the law requires it.
You can ask the office to correct your information, or to explain what is held about you and why.
Fair use
Use the app for your own participation in church life. Please don’t try to reach other people’s information, use the church directory for advertising or campaigning, or attempt to interfere with the service.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is and may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or reasons outside the church’s control. Features may change as it grows. If these terms change in a way that matters, you’ll be asked to agree again.
Questions
Ask at the church office — they can answer questions about your record, your account, or anything on this page.
